Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for Show Day Robes and Showcase Hoodies in cases where there is a printing error or a material defect. Each piece undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment, ensuring it meets our high standards. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order confirmation.

 

Important: Exchanges are only granted for defects related to the product’s craftsmanship, not for sizing issues or change of preference.

Custom Competition Bikinis – Final Sale

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom competition bikinis, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each bikini is carefully designed and handcrafted to reflect your unique vision, with strict attention to detail throughout the process.

To ensure your bikini is a perfect fit for your competition-ready physique, we will personally contact you after your order is placed. It is expected that you will be leaner by show day, and we will guide you accordingly to make adjustments before production begins.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before production has started, please reach out to us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, once production is underway, the order is considered final.

• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will assess the situation.
